Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we do not grant refunds.
You can return unused portions of your product for a partial refund. We will refund you for any unopened containers.
To complete your return, you must be the original purchaser of the product. We can verify your purchase through our system.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. MPG Doctor will handle your request.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The processing time of refunds depends on your bank or credit card company.
Rejected refunds
Refunds may be rejected if the product is damaged when we receive the returned item. Make sure to use appropriate packaging when returning items. You may also want to discuss insurance options with your shipping company.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
We will refund your items for the cost of which you purchased them.
Exchanges
We only replace products if they are damaged when you receive them. You must contact us within two days of receiving damaged products. Please provide pictures and any documentation available including shipping history. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@mpgdoctor.com and send your item to: {physical address}.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. And shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund unless you purchased your product during a free shipping promotion.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
