Factory Direct Sign Up
Please read the following *important* instructions carefully to save you time:
To become a “Preferred Customer” and buy directly from the factory, follow the relevant instructions below for the device you are using (e.g. Smartphone/Tablet, or Desktop). You may also scroll down and fill out a form and let MPG Doctor submit your information to the Factory.
Smartphone / Tablet users:
1. Click the green “BUY FACTORY DIRECT” button below.
2. You will be taken to the Manufacturer’s (Conklin) website.
3. Click the three lines (Menu) at the top of your screen.
4. Click “CREATE AN ACCOUNT.” (Then scroll down).
5. Click the dark blue “GET STARTED” button.
(You should see “Daniel Gingerich” selected on the “CHOOSE YOUR SPONSOR / CHOOSE A CONKLIN DISTRIBUTOR” page).
6. Click the dark blue “CHOOSE YOUR ACCOUNT TYPE” button. (Then scroll down).
7. Click the dark blue “CUSTOMER PACKAGE” button. (Then scroll down).
8. In the “PREFERRED CUSTOMER $25.00” section, click the dark blue “SELECT PACKAGE” button.
9. Fill out all required sections and a “CREATE AN ACCOUNT” button will become available.
Desktop users:
1. Click the green “BUY FACTORY DIRECT” button below.
2. You will be taken to the Manufacturer’s (Conklin) website.
(You should see “WELCOME, SIGN IN OR CREATE AN ACCOUNT, YOUR CONKLIN INDEPENDENT DEALER IS: DANIEL GINGERICH” at the top left).
3. Click “CREATE AN ACCOUNT.” (Then scroll down if necessary)
4. Click the dark blue “GET STARTED” button.
(You should see “Daniel Gingerich” selected on the “CHOOSE YOUR SPONSOR / CHOOSE A CONKLIN DISTRIBUTOR” page).
5. Click the dark blue “CHOOSE YOUR ACCOUNT TYPE” button. (Then scroll down a bit).
6. Click the dark blue “CUSTOMER PACKAGE” button. (Then scroll down if necessary).
7. In the “PREFERRED CUSTOMER $25.00” section, click the dark blue “SELECT PACKAGE” button.
8. Fill out all required sections and a “CREATE AN ACCOUNT” button will become available.
OR
Enter your information into the form below and MPG Doctor will Submit it to the Factory on your behalf. Please allow 24 hours for processing.

Additional information:
Preferred customers are eligible for discounts between 20% and 50% off retail.
Preferred customers are product users who buy products for their personal consumption only. They are not eligible to sponsor or earn commissions as the Wholesale Distributor does. However, Customers may apply to become Wholesale Distributors at any time.
If you prefer to become a Wholesale Distributor, simply select that option instead of the Preferred Customer option during the signup process in the instructions above. There is a $999.00 Wholesale Distributorship fee. Please contact us if you have questions.
